At Bare Naked Body we try to make shopping online as simple and easy as possible. All orders are boxed and securely packed so that they arrive in the same beautiful state that they leave the soap studio. Where possible, we used recycled packaging material and boxes.

Our orders are shipped out every Monday, so that we can focus on making luxurious and elegant products on every other day of the week.

Delivery Charges

At present, delivery charges for postage within Australia is based on the value of your total order (yes, I know this seems weird however it is a funny online payment issue with the system). if you are curious, drop us an email with your order and we can see what we can do for you with Australia Post. 

If you are in Australia, I recommend that you send me an email with your order and I can manually calculate postage based on weight, which can be far more economical.

Postage does not include insurance and for $2.50 extra, registered post can be added (and is recommended).

International Orders (orders outside of Australia)

The delivery charges above are for Australia only, so please contact Bare Naked Body with your order and we will calculate the shipping, email you a quote and then payment can be made. Once payment is made, we shall ship your goodies to you and provide you with an estimate delivery period. 

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We know you must be eager to get your hands on your luxurious new buy and we will endeavour to have your order to you as soon as possible. For orders within Australia, once your order is placed and payment has been received, please allow at least five to seven working days fro delivery. 

For international orders, we will try to advise of a estimated delivery date, once the order is placed and payment is received.

Should a package get lost in transit, we will try to locate it as best as possible, however, we cannot replace lost items, unless you as the customer, specifically request and pay for postal insurance for your order, as only this facility allows an item to be tracked and monetary compensation for loss, available. 

Return Policy 

Bare Naked Body wants you to be satisfied with your natural body products, however, if your skin does not feel nourished, moisturised, soft or smooth, please do let us know. Advise us of your order number and issue and we will attempt to rectify the situation by replacing the product or providing a refund.
